The Greece trip was worth a few dollars more than the Portugal and Singapore trips combined, but I would rather have the two trips.

Some lady won a submarine on Let's Make a Deal and was ecstatic. But what is she going to do with it?

Thats a nice picture with your friend. Red, I think, not orange?

Good morning all and Happy Triumphant Thursday,

Great news! While everyone was sleeping, the Swiss secured world peace and mother Russia has realized the errors of their ways. Putin was quoted, "First, I'd like to thank the big man upstairs and all the little people that made this happen. I wouldn't have been given this Best President award without you. My actions were obviously detrimental to Russia and they world. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. PS Send Vodka and Congratulations to the Kremlin."

QJB -You're looking great and your disciple is unrivaled. 500 calories is super crazy in my mind. My goal is 800-1000, which I also consider crazy.

QOTD- My last personal back in my day story was gangs used to act as street justice in olden times. Now, gang members have no allegiance or peacekeeping desires. There is no code among thieves. However, the best back in the day story that I heard was explaining what cassettes and CDs were. The 50 year old guy was explaining to a 90 year old and a young adult and I couldn't help but notice the gap in technology between both of their stages in life.

B: 1/2 bagel & lox

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

G'morning all!

Happy surgiversary to QJB! I'm a closet over eater so I can relate to that meme.

Guys! I bombed yesterday. I totally, completely, utterly went off the rails. Why can't I keep it together when something stresses me? Why do I choose to stuff myself to the point of pain? This thing at work had been brewing since before 4th of July, and it was passed around like a hot potato from one person to another. Finally it lands in my lap and I'm like maybe I can fix this before it goes to the CEO of the interested company. Yesterday I hear back from the person in this group of several CEOs who I admire the most, that he is not happy with the final draft. So what do I do? I go in the kitchen. I don't sit at my desk to keep finessing, I go to the kitchen and stuff my face. I sent an SOS to my trainer so she is meeting up with me today for a brutal hike. I always tell her she needs to charge more because she is not just my trainer, she is my shrink, my nutritionist and above all my friend. Today is a new day and back on track but WTF Sheila!

QOTD: Netflix and mailing back and forth the DVDs.

My meals yesterday:

  • Total disaster
  • E: NOPE

Happy jr Fri-yay!

Mmmm. I could eat a hot potato right now.

Don't beat yourself up. You work your butt off. That's a minor blip in a horrid day.
