What's on your Thursday Menu?

Good Morning and the Happiest of Thursdays to everyone! Well, today is by 8th Surviversary. Lots of literal highs and lows. Here is a photo depiction.
Before.
Happiest post-op weight.
Yesterday.
Honestly, I am a little crabby and fatigued from 3 weeks straight with no cheating on the 500 calorie a day limit but if I am ever going to get back to where I was I'll need to keep up with this for at least a year, so no quitting now. I'd stab a ***** for a taco and marg right now, though.
QOTD: What is the last "back in my day" story you told? I was explaining to a 24 year old in my online cookie group that I did have a computer as a child, but it didn't have internet. She couldn't fathom why I had it or what it did. Explaining floppy discs with Printshop (the best!) and Oregon Trail didn't seem to impress her.
Accountability: 512 calories yesterday.
I know I need something else on today's menu. I might add a shake?

You?re so committed and doing so great - you and Grim both! Your commitment is outstanding
I'm with my stepkids and I was explaining to them that we were never home because we didn?t have phones and iPads. So the only way to see **** and do **** was to get out on your bike and ride to your friends!
(Us last night and I am sorry if it's as big as Godzilla what the hell is going on - I've never added a photo from my phone due to how un-tech-friendly this site is lol)
Today is one last meal in Philadelphia and then driving home with a grocery stop on the way. Then lots of prep for some upcoming meetings. I have a good menu laid out for the next 4-5 days - after traveling with people with limited palettes, if I never see a menu that has chicken tenders and fries on it again, it will be too soon. I channeled my inner Hala and wolfed down an entire pint of raspberries yesterday - my body was craving nutrients! Turkey, chicken, tilapia, red dal and some veggies will feature prominently on my menu. My body thanks me.
But this happens after breakfast with our friends!
B: everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. I?ll eat half. Plus a latte beforehand.
L: Boars head ever roast and havarti cheese
D: rotisserie chicken with asparagus and couscous. Kids can have something else!
Have a most wonderful day, Queen, and all who follow!

In grad school I ate often at a place called Eagle's Deli. One of those places close to campus. They had a burger called The Godzilla. It had 8 half-pound burgers, 8 slices of cheese, 16 strips of bacon, and a bun. The fries filled a cafeteria tray. If you finished it all in an hour, you got it for free, your picture on the wall, and a Godzilla tee shirt. I could eat the burger, but barely any fries. But there were 4 people who had done it.
I was about exactly the same size then as I am now, and I could maybe eat one of the burgers with cheese and bacon, no bun.
Back in my day.

It's four pounds, but that's uncooked. Probably only 3 pounds cooked.
I saw that supposedly Thailand "cheeseburger." I'm skeptical. But it's taken off here anyway, and there are internet challenges. I like that cheese on a burger, but a big stack of that stuff seems like it would be a little gross. Now, if it were real cheese . . .

I've researched it a lot for all the foods I eat, and you definitely count the calories and other nutrition information in the uncooked weight.
