Your favorite outlaw has to weigh in on this one. Yes i got stopped for 1) stolen license plate 2) no license 3) no insurance ( actually i had that but they wanted to put me in paw cuffs ) and yes i did get out an hour later with a desk appearance ticket which got dropped.
no harm no foul and im no criminal

Good morning!
My body is feeling my work out efforts yesterday. I did the walk to the top of Mt. Helix (2.5 miles round trip, lots of steep elevation gain) and then I saw my lady parts doctor. Two doctors in one week have told me I don't need to take these 4 pounds back off, but they don't understand the fat girl brain that knows if I slack on this, I'll slack on 10,20,50 pounds. So I refused to go to bed last night until I hit my 10K steps and that took running in place for a good bit. Plus I did some extra yoga stretching and resistance work. My legs are really feeling it today and I am glad it's yoga day. I did great on overall calories and even owned my piece of chocolate on MFP.
Today I need to get to Trader Joe's for fun things for our RV adventure this weekend, said yoga class and then after dinner we are going to a wine tasting event at a friend of Roger's. I've claimed designated driver so that I can't indulge much. A sip of things Rog thinks I might really enjoy. Just like in Wine Country. It's a real good strategy for me, even though it leaves Roger with way too much wine.
QoTD: I have a half dozen or more, but no favorites. I probably use NYT food pages more than anything. I also watch for inspiration on cooking shows and then do my best to replicate them in my kitchen.
Food today and I'm starting out the day HUNGRY!
B: last of the chicken shawarma
L: some of my pork chop from last night and maybe some pop chips for crunch
D: TBD -- I'll find something at Trader Joe's. I want high protein and low carb to set me up for success at this wine event.
