I also log foods on the MFP app and weigh my proteins. It can be super helpful and it's good to hear it helps you! What are your goals?

I'm with you in the battle against regain! I am also down just about the same amount in 2 weeks. Feel free to join us on the menu thread. You can get some good ideas for menu items and for me anyway, it helps with accountability.
