What's on your Monday Menu?

Well, that's concerning. What is it with these doctors lately? I kind of assume they'd take you more seriously but maybe it's an ER trait. Sounds like it's happened before but being a medical mystery isn't exactly fun. I hope you've continued to improve.

God morning ~ I overslept this morning! The cat was unusually quiet so nothing to bug me out of bed either. Damned if he wakes me, damned if he doesn't! I am just gonna roll with the time and stay later at work if I need to, I hate to rush in the morning. Yesterday was lovely and relaxing. Busy work week again - it never ends. Light at the end of the tunnel? Sure, but there are so many new tunnels.
QOTD - Yes, we are going to Vegas in August for an NFL contest entry and golf tournament.
What's happening today;
Have a great day!!

Ha, I get so mad at the cats if they let me oversleep. You have ONE JOB and that is to annoy me to death until you are fed.
I miss that TJs "just chicken!" It was a staple for my first 3 years or so, but one day I got horribly stuck on it, and since then I just can't :(

My Gracie is now on her way to 19 years old, so if the kitty alarm does not go off on time, I tend to panic. She is just sleeping more and more and she always seemed to sleep about 20 hours a day. If I really have to be up at a certain time, I do set a regular alarm clock.

Vegas in Aug is hot. You'll melt just by walking around.

With the exception of golf, we'll be inside most of the time. I'm dreading the golf, every last hole of 18. From what Rob says (mind you he LOVES the heat) apparently they take very good care of you at the LV Country Club. I also ordered a neck fan and cooler golf clothes. It's best ball so if it's too much for me, I will retire to the AC no problem.

Good morning all and just another Manic Monday,
I'm in a funk and I want to just say funk it all. The weekend was mixed. I tried something new and went to a meet up. I also spent time with family, friends, and doing service work.
I'm not looking forward to the week. I just am not feeling it right now. This too shall pass.
QOTD- My next adventures will be event related. I will need to figure out logistics but I'm planning to go to Milwaukee for Pantera on the Summerfest Grounds, Sylvan Esso at the Metro, and to a Cubs game at Wrigley. The Summerfest Grounds are sprawling and I can't walk it or push myself over gravel. I can't find a fellow Pantera fan to push my wheelchair as of right now. Wrigley is notorious for poor ADA accommodations. They clawed back season tickets from a 20 year, disabled, season ticket holder. They offered him ada tickets in the last row for the same amount of money. The guy sued, the Cubs won. The Metro is one of my favorite venues. They also have poor accommodations. I've avoided going since they have a giant staircase. In order to get up the stairs, security pushes the wheelchair on two boards as a ramp up the stairs. I have read accounts of them dropping the wheelchair going up the stairs. I want to see Sylvan Esso bad enough to attempt it.
Accountability- Fettuccini Alfredo at a French-Italian Restaurant, Jardin d'Oliviers, aka Olive Garden. French fries and ranch dressing.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt Tangerine.
L: prosciutto and melon
D: Salad with shrimp, as well as carrots.

P-Funk makes everything better. How can you not have a smile in the presence of George Clinton and Bootsy?
