And good for your for the no lobster roll discipline, not sure if it's true or not but just tell yourself they don't travel well, lol, and that you can have one when you have a break to go get it fresh. That seems like a good reward to me (well, not the lobster roll because.....lobster....but the trip).

QOTD - no one even understands what I do and my company is business to business not business to consumer so it just gets boiled down to "in computers" so I get a lot of calls for tech support.

Family stuff today and tomorrow but Sunday I have my pilates in the park and getting my hair cut and colored and very looking forward to that. We went 12 weeks between this time and the color is fine but way too much hair, lol.

Happy Fri-Yay! I have been away for the last three weekends, so looking forward to some downtime: CrossFit, online Barnes & Noble and keeping the backyard porch cushions from blowing away.

My youngest is coming home this afternoon, Marilyn is picking him up at about 2:30.

Did anyone see the bunt derby at the South Korean baseball all star game? It's like our Home Run Derby, except they try to bunt into circles Laid out in the infield. Electric.

I hope Sheila's guys have fun Saturday.

I need to upload some Europe photos for next week.

QOTD: The AICPA used to try and lobby for an LA Law type show for accountants to show how glamorous it could be. never happened.

TGIF! It's been a week from you-know-where, but now it's time to relax, enjoy my son who arrives this afternoon, and bask in the sun if the fog goes away.

Don't know if you guys saw yesterdaythe article in NYT about the delinquent 5 year old otter? Well, that otter is in our area and is a nuisance. Even our sheriff dept has posted about it. When I asked DH about the otter, he paid attention to what beach it was and said "even the otters on the west side have an attitude." West side of Santa Cruz is famous for very territorial surfers, so I guess their otters are the same?

QOTD: People think I plan parties and I have fun at these parties. I plan corporate events, and the last thing I have is fun, too many details to keep track of for me to relax and have fun. My hobbies: crochet and knitting are considered old lady hobbies, I don't consider myself old. I remember in a new group we were talking about our hobbies and I said I love to crochet and this woman looked me up and down and said how old are you? Biotch, def younger than you!!!!
