Good Morning! It's FRI-YAY! Your weekend sounds fun. I'm ready to get this week behind me and enjoy a beach day. I have a few meetings today and a few phone interviews to take care of. One of the current team members is exiting so I'll be having to start the whole training process again soon. And, being short a person until we find the right fit is always challenging.
QOTD: This is a tough one, but I think if you haven't managed people it might be hard to understand that sometimes it feels like babysitting, except worse because it's adults. #iykyk

You're right...it's amazing the things that crop up when you put any more than two adults together. One thing I don't miss about being a people manager is feeling like a referee/therapist.
