What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
It's very satisfying when somebody younger compliments you.

Aww, such a great shot of you and your pup! You had some cute Xmas outfits, if I remember correctly!
Agree with your QOTD. My friend's husband is on that list and thinks you should just be able to lose the weight. Losing it isn't always the problem. Keeping it off is the trick. He's also MO and has gained and lost hundreds of pounds...but they always come back.

Good morning all and Happy Friday,
I'm on my way to the sleep doctor. I practiced all last night in preparation.
This weekend should bring fun and/or games.
QOTD- At the promotion agency, my specialty was online sweepstakes. Others assumed I was a scammer like Publishers Clearing House requiring purchase or selling them something. Both are illegal to constitute a sweepstakes.
B: Lox and 1/2 bagel, tomato

The other morning I woke up with the mask on my face and the hose blowing empty air on the floor. I ended up with an 18.1 AHI for that night. Now I'm paranoid that my sleep doctor will count that in my average and decide I'm not improving.

5 years and I still hate it. Some nights I'm under 1 and wonder why I even need it?

Sounds like it's making an impact. I'm curious how that works and should read into it. Glad it's helping!

Be careful with untreated sleep apnea as it can lead to heart problems like afib and hypertension. Did you ever get retested after weight loss?
