Nobody said I'm being nice, haha.
I have no idea what the scale will say, but I tried on my dress again this morning and I still look like a sausage being squeezed into it :( I can't decide if I should scrap it and find something else to wear.
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)

- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
G'morning all!
QJB - good girl for eating! Not eating is not conducive to the safety of people around you! I might join you in the hangry mood because today, with my 6 weeks program, is a 24 hr fasting day. Mind over body will be my mantra today.
We are officially and fully the electric vehicle family. DH got his car yesterday; it's IONIQ5, and a pretty cool ride. We just have to schedule our nightly charges so that we don't overlap. There is also a 2 year free charging, part of his car's contract, that we found out has a charging station in the tiny shopping center near our home. He is planning to take full advantage of the free charges and was telling me he can take his calls while he is sitting in the car charging; it's a super fast one that you fill up in 20 minutes. He is like a kid with a new toy.
QOTD: no shade to my life right now but Netflix should have called when I was living with my parents. My mom had the coolest job and we were traveling all over. Nowadays you would just see me get up, workout, work, stress about my weight, think about my kids, go to bed, with a sprinkle of trips here and there, or getting together with friends. Who would wanna watch something they do all the time? When you watch you wanna dream/fantasize or be so horrified that you are thankful it's not your life. My life is right smack in the middle of average.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Barebells bar
- Epic chicken, protein puffs
- Cucumber, tomatoes & hb eggs salad
- Eggwich, unexpected cheddar spread, soy crackers
- E: 2 sessions of HIIT + 1/2 hr elliptical

Making up for no exercise on the trip.
They give you a "gold star" for doing their every day workout and I broke my streak during the trip. Was trying to see if it's retroactive but nope, counted as one star per day.

Don't call yourself that, would you call a friend a cow? As you well know, we all see our own deficiencies and zero down on them. That's why I said work in progress, as we all are. But we are also beautiful master pieces!
