And more. Their mortadella is real, I've had disappointing tasting at restaurants where they tell me it's mortadella and it's not. I ordered TWO cheese and salami board, to the point the waitress was trying to convince me 1 was enough for the table. So when she came around asking for entrees I ordered the cheese board again as my entree.

Good morning, everybody!

I?m in Colorado this morning. Marilyn is super efficient and when I mentioned that there were still a few things that I wanted to do out here before my son graduated next year, she went ahead and booked my travel.

Which is great except that my son really doesn?t have any time to see me this week. He is taking 7 engineering and computer science credits over a six week mini semester and is just flat out.

We had tickets to Blues Traveller at Red Rocks, so I went to that but he had to cancel. I loved the venue (spoiler, my pictures aren?t as good as Sheila?s). After the warmup act it started to hail and lightning, so they sent everyone to their cars. Since I was more about seeing the facility than the bands, I just went home.

I am going to see my son for lunch today, I?m excited about that. Hopefully one or two other meals this week as well. I brought my fishing gear, but I don?t think the rivers are safe to wade.

Friday I?m going to Rocky Mountain National Forest. Just me, though. My son has too much studying.

QOTD: Aside from the aforementioned Pirhanna 3-DD, I?ve got nothing.

Breakfast: eggs

lunch: maybe this Nepalese place in Golden

dinner: TBD
