Your macros are so much better than mine, though! I need to up the protein. I know I would benefit from getting it up above the 70s but its been 35 - 50 all week.

Your challenge helped me fine tune what I was doing - so thank you very much! I just wish the scale would get moving. It make no sense that one could eat so few cals and not lose.

I'm sure you will! Stalls suck.
I decided not to weight myself while I stick with extremely low calories. I can picture myself getting frustrated with it "not working" and quitting.
Schrödinger's body - until I weigh myself I have neither gained nor lost.

I lose nothing for two weeks, then lose a bunch for two. My calories are rock steady throughout. It's just the way it goes, and everyone has their own pattern.
If you build it, they will come.

Long before surgery, I would do Weigh****chers and lose seven pounds in two weeks. The thing I ate the most was poached monkfish. To me, it tasted like lobster. I think I used powdered butter flavoring on it.
I remember my husband saying if I ever made monkfish again, he would throw it across the room. I never had it again after that. I still eat a lot of fish. This week I had salmon baked in foil with lemon, honey, and garlic. It turned out wonderful.

It's so much easier when I'm weighing food and tracking closely.
