Good morning all and Happy Friday,
We made it to another weekend. The air quality here is still unhealthy but I can't taste the burning anymore.
What multivitamin is everyone using?
This weekend should be low key. I'm getting together with my family today for my sister's birthday. I have a fourth party tomorrow but am leaning towards skipping it. I may help a friend with moving transportation Sunday. I need all weekend to rest since my trip was Jam packed and extremely taxing with physical activity.
St. Louis trip report: Spent days of quality time with my best friend and his family. It was amazing. It's been 20 years since we shared a full day together. On the drive down, I stopped in Bloomington to see another childhood friend. Saw Fall Out Boy, Outlaw Music Fest w Robert Plant, Allison Krauss, & Willie Nelson, punk rock, Pinball dive bar, swimming at the local watering hole, 9 hours of poker at the casino(lost $29 - BOO), ate BBQ 3x, crawfish boil, oysters & zydeco, hit a couple meetings and set up a new business opportunity. Too much fun. Too much everything.
QOTD- My old dog, BlackJack, would be Jim Bakker. No explanation.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Dim Sum birthday lunch.
D: Steak and mushrooms, salad, watermelon.
Pics: #1- My best friend, Aaron, & me at the Outlaw Music Festival, #2 Willie Nelson, #3 Aaron and me, #4 You are now entering StL, #4 Robert Plant & Allison Krauss, Damn fine BBQ from Bogart's Smokehouse.

Bariatric advantage ultra solo with iron. 9 hour $29 is a win. In 9 hours, I would have plowed through enough drinks to make up for $29. (Except I am still dry till after my run-on Tuesday) Wow Robert Plant is old. Yikes.
HW 299 SW 290 CW 139 GW 140 2/08/2019 OPERATION: Surgical Hernia with excision of total surface area of 55 x 29 cm of abdominal skin.
-$29 is really good entertainment. I drank 8 red bulls & a virgin bloody Mary at the casino.
First hand AA. Push back against a raise. Flop 2s, 7c, Jh - no help. Raised into, I instantly re-raise all in. He quick calls. Flips over QQ. Turn: 6d. River Qc. 1/3 of bankroll gone.
I'm still dry after 4 years!

LOL...Poker speak! Basically, I had the best hand and played correctly. He had a 5% chance of winning. He won. My pocketbook cried.
