Yay for a good day at work :)
It feels good to be back on MFP. I would pop on periodically and plug in a typical day just to see where I was, but I stopped being religious about it last summer. It's definitely time to reign it in.
I love your 5 things and they would be great cookies :)

I will join you on the MFP posts on here! I've been trying to stay under 700 calories but under 600 would be better.

I always gain weight if I stop tracking and stop weighing myself. And that is being human not being bad. I used to think there would be a time when I would just be old and not care anymore, but that did not happen. One of the things I find very helpful is baked or broiled fi**** is about 130 calories for 4 ounces of baked or broiled cod or salmon and for me that is very filling. If I can find fresh halibut, I splurge on that. I have fish for dinner about three times a week.

I love fish, especially halibut but rarely make it at home. I need to add that in to the rotation.

Yum! My preferred use for tajin would be on a Bloody Mary rim!

Good morning all and Happy Thursday,
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. I'm officially in the second day of my vacation from my vacation. I was out of town for five days so it should only take another week to recoup from that vacation.
It feels good to be back in the swing of things. I love the gung ho attitude that accompanies returning to the day to day.
