Good Morning! I hope all the driving goes smoothly and that you're able to avoid rain. My weekend was good, enjoyed the visit with John's friends family and then yesterday was errands day. Let's get this week started.

QOTD: Without a doubt

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: Baked lemon ricotta with 4 Nilla wafers(so yummy!), a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: Protein burger on Keto bun, spicy Mexican cauliflower rice, a banana, and dark chocolate

ES: Cottage cheese

E: Treadmill

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1316 Protein:122 Carbs:133 Fat:45
