Good morning. Yesterday was an excellent evening. The ride down was uneventful, but they had to move us yo four different sites in the RV park due to different conditions and Rog was not happy. But we are all set up, had a wonderful evening with old friends and I didn't eat too much. But I had too much wine. That's coming to a hard stop come Monday.
I'm off to walk the beach this morning. Then we have to get groceries for a cook out tomorrow. So a totally chill day.

G'morning all!
Little late to the party. Excitement in the house, DD was interviewed for an article and the article went live this morning; so obviously as a proud mama I sent the article to all the family and friends spread across the world.
I can't remember if I shared that DH has purchased tickets to Dead & Co in CO for the 4th of July holiday. If you knew me you'd know that I'm not a musically inclined person; I know of grateful dead but have not heard a song, intentionally. So DH is on a mission to educate me before we go. Amazon prime has a 6 episode documentary on the band and last night we finally finished it, somehow I kept falling asleep and couldn't stay awake to watch more than one episode at a time. I gotta say I feel more educated but also more apprehensive about going to a dead concert.
QOTD: I would gladly lose my phone for a week, as long as I have my kindle for books. Breaking a bone is painful forever, believe you me, I have broken bones skiing and the pain for certain movements is always there.

QOTD- I'd ditch the phone, I admit I really spend too much time using it.
It's been a tough week for me, I've been really down and I'm not sure why. Everything feels really hard right now. I've been overwhelmed by the things that I need to do, and can't seem to do very many of them. I need to spray more blackberries that I've found and try to attack the English ivy. I can't tell you how much I hate it. But that is life...the stuff you don't want to grow does.
It's a beautiful day should be 80, but cool off at night. I need to get out to the woods and walk...
Have a great day everyone!
