Whatâ??s on your Thursday Menu?

By some miracle I am still home. Still very sick feeling. I see my gp tomorrow so hopefully something more for the nausea...as the pain clinic is absolutely worthless. Over and over they have proven that.

Ativan was the only thing in the hospital that controlled it. Zofran and some other one isn't touching it. I am absolutely miserable. I've tried ginger ale.

oh geez - I totally forgot to post today! But I had an 8:30 dentist appt, so I was kind of rushing around doing things this morning

QOTD: there are several. Decatur, Illinois comes to mind. And Mattoon, Illinois (where DH lived when he was working at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston. I was hoping against hope that he'd find a job up here, because there was no way in hell I was going to move to Mattoon, Illinois). And I wasn't crazy about China - except for Shanghai. Loved Shanghai. And yea - I'm done with Texas and Florida for the reason Sheila stated.

my eating has been awful today. Not calorie-wise (that's actually been pretty good), but nutrition-wise. Too much junk

coffee with half & half

protein shake with frozen strawberries and a handful of fresh spinach (OK - this one was a decent choice)

2 protein bars

a 2 oz bag of parmesan crisps
