We saw Fall Out Boy a couple of years ago. They are great in concert! You have a fun eventful weekend planned.

you are a big potluck organizer! How many is that in the last couple of months? Is there a specific group you organize it for or a variety? Seems you are pretty social.

Good morning everybody!

I need a burst of QJB productivity today because I have to do all of the things. Pack, six things for work (including three client things), CrossFit and lifting today.

But if I have a good day today, then tomorrow should be an easy slide into vacation.

Plus, I haven't even been able to comment on Anna from [email protected]. Hopefully tomorrow there will be time.

QOTD: I prefer to be alone, or relating in a small group not crowds.

Breakfast:Sausage

Lunch: Chicken

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Mornin' All!

well I'm behind on everything, as usual. There are still things I need to do for my trip (I'm leaving a week from today), or at least before my trip, and also, I'm already behind in classes even though they only started two days ago. I need to get caught up - and hopefully a little ahead - with them so I don't have to spend much time on them while I'm abroad. I've got a pedicure/facial in an hour (they have two-for-one (service) deals on Wednesdays for seniors), and dinner out tonight. Otherwise, nothing - so I hope to make some headway on things today!

I got an email this morning from one of my mother's second cousins who lives in Sweden. She wants to get together with me, too, while I'm there - so that means i'll be meeting up with relatives of three of my great grandparents! (I don't know of anyone related to the fourth great grandparent who was from Sweden, but at minimum I'll be seeing the town where she was born - so that's four great grandparents checked off my list during this trip (and I saw where two others were born when I was in Scotland last summer). So that leaves the last pair of great grandparents, who were ethnic Germans who were born in Romania (i.e., back when it was part of the Austro-Hungarian empire, so there were lots of ethnic Germans living there, too (and Poles, Ukrainians, Romanians, Czechs, Hungarians, etc - very culturally diverse back in those days)).

QOTD: well, my preference would be a small group, but that's not an option - so I'd say alone. I'm not wild about big crowds.

B: protein shake, Wasa crackers, coffee with half & half

L: protein oatmeal topped with yogurt and fruit

AS: protein muffin or Ratio yogurt

D: we'll be at a restaurant, so not sure. Something safe, but I'm sure I'll be going over calories today..

have a great day, everyone!

What a terrific service deal (2 for 1). It does pay to get older sometimes! Discount movie tickets, senior days at grocery stores, etc.

good luck on getting it all done today!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Safe travels you crazy kids. Sounds like you have a lot of fun planed. Enjoy your journey you deserve it.

No Meetings today. Thursday we will have our annual health care meeting. Our health care goes from July-July. In 27 years, I have paid only the deductibles for health care. I have a feeling that is about to change. Hope it will not be a big increase. Have I mentioned my Air pod dilemma? Back in February I washed my air pods for the 2nd time. 1 still worked and one did not. The one that worked was fine but When I work out, I prefer 2 so I bought a new pair keeping the old pair for a spare and I can use here at work. I lost them for about 2 weeks. Then I have this electronic lift chair that I used when I had my arm reconstructed and it became so comfy, I never got rid of it. It swallows stuff. So, I went through the chair and found them about 2 weeks ago after them being gone for about a month. So, I charged them and damn if the other pod did not start working. I was so mad I wasted money on a new pair. I was carrying them back and forth to work and now I lost them again. I am so mad. I have no idea where they are. Last time I touched them they were in a sweater pocket I wear here at work when it gets too chilly. So, I am not on the hunt again. I also can't find a corndog dog toy that I like when I play fetch with Rudy. I hate losing things.

OK Run Update. Last week I was at 12:36 minute Now I am at 12:11 Sunday I did an 11:58 but I am not counting it since I went up since then.

QOTD: Crowds I love being with a bunch of people. DH completely opposite so very rarely do I get to do fun stuff. He does have a good excuse with his chronic pain.

Accountability: I made and ate 2 Scotcharoos

TSS: 5 years 6 month 10 days 163.4 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee mate Twix creamer

MS: L&F lemon meringue Greek yogurt and berries

CB: Coffee with SF Twix creamer

L: Smothered chicken and snack select

D: finish up the zucchini lasagna and a salad

Exercise: Dog walking 3.1-mile Wog. Done

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy
