Oh for sure! Everything is folded nicely on the closet shelf at the moment. I've had a hard time letting go of clothes in the past because of size changes. They'll be there waiting, just in case!

I'm 15 years post op. I keep the sizes I don't mind getting into. But - once the largest I have are getting tight - I go back to a panning my menus and lose the regain.

I don't like myself in the smallest sizes I have, I'm too thin, too bony to feel good, but I also don't like when my largest sizes are getting too snug. The happy medium...

Think I'm with you there. I'd like to build back muscle and stamina, and that will mean weight. Looking forward to working toward that medium.

I bought a lot of things in size 12. A year later I was in size 4. I was working in an office and bought clothes as I went down in sizes. But I just did not imagine I would ever be smaller than 12, so that was a surprise when the weight continued to come off. The other thing about small sizes is that a 3-5 pound loss can make a change in your size. With larger sizes, I could gain 20 pounds and still wear the same size.

That's a good call out, thanks. Since I shop at Walmart and the clearance racks so much, I don't interact with a lot of regular sizes, so I wear everything from a small to an XL, still. Though even in walmart sizing it's more often small these days unless it's from an imported company whose sizes run small. The three sets of slacks-ish I got have an elastic waistband and are sized small (4-6). They're just a bit snug but I know it's wonky any time you bundle sizes. Just got to do better at trying things on!

I'd love to know your chicken enchilada recipe!

I used an OH recipe for this one! Very few tweaks besides more Frontier enchilada sauce and chili powder. And freeze dried cilantro because I was lazy. I'm glad for the extra sauce since it's still a tad dry when reheating.
