If I had an Aldi's I would stock up on that cheese! I buy all I can find of the TJs version and freeze it. It freezes very well

I can't remember what it cost at TJ's but 100% sure it was more than that!

Thank you for sharing. That cheese looks delicious! I made the mistake of thinking Aldi has a mostly set mod because I asked and they said yes other than the seasonal aisle. They lied. So much stuff changed! I will look for this. And thank you for conveniently linking recipes! Love it.

G'morning all!
Olive Garden - belch, I can't believe some people think that's actually Italian food. But their bread sticks are yum.
My kids are traumatized by icecream trucks because I never let them buy from it. To this day they tell me I was the meanest mom and I always had an excuse why they can't buy from it. Thank goodness the truck was never in our neighborhood but at park I usually took them to play, so it wasn't a daily thing.
I know it's not foto Friday, but I'm too excited to share these pics to wait for Fri. On Father's Day after a very delightful FaceTime with our kids we went on this "secret" trail in Pacifica, south of San Francisco. No wonder it was a secret; it wasn't a human trail, it was a goat trail. At certain points I was on all 4, the trail was so steep going up. And then taking very tiny steps going downhill because the terrain was so slippery. At one point I slipped, but thanks to innumerable squats I just ended up in a squat position (the move/fall was not intentional). My quad definitely over extended because it's sore as heck, but at least I didn't fall flat on my rear end. The views were out of this world, but DH mentioned it's one of those hikes that you say yeah I did it, but never again. The trails near the cliff were really close to the edge, I'm not afraid of heights but DH was feeling sick just seeing me so close. Of course I couldn't help but tease him but when I saw how worried he was I stopped. I'll share more pics of the views on Fri but for now here are a few.
QOTD: Trader Joe's is my main grocery shop and it's once a week. Then if I need anything else it will be from target/Costco and in rare occasions safeway.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Cucumber/tomatoes salad with Italian EVOO, hb egg
- Fage yogurt w/blueberries
- Steak fajitas with veggies (skipped rice, beans and tortillas) + a dozen chips
- E: goat trail hike
Happy start of the week!

Wow. Holy crap. Wow. Good for you. But you wouldn't get me up there at gun point.

Once again, it was I who found this hike. I follow a couple of hiking accts on IG and they have great itins for the Bay Area residents. Infact, there was a cove(I'll share the photos on Fri) that DH said he had never known about. Hah, 5th generation CA boy and his Italian wife is showing him the real CA.
And Lisa, I kid you not when I tell you I was on all 4. Obv we couldn't take pics because it was treacherous. If DH says once and done it means it was f'ing hard.
