I did think of you when I saw the package. We could have made a dent in it together.

I LOVE working with olive wood. It's hard to come buy and pricey, but it's just heavenly. It has amazing grain, polishes to a beautiful sheen, and the smell! It's like sniffing a bit of nirvana when you work it.

When my brother bought this piece of land, I guess the olive trees were overgrown and they cut down a lot. He said he has firewood till the end of times. He had asked me to look into woodworks using olive wood but the whole shipping it is not cost effective.

Tell him if he burns it, I'll never speak to him again.

At the very least, he should take up whittling. Seriously.

But he could do so many things with a small amount of wood. Olive gets used often for wooden pens and pencils. With a sloyd knife and little folding saw he could make spoons, ladles and that sort of stuff. Add a hair from a unicorn's tail and he'd have an amazing wizard's wand.

Next time I go home, if there is room in my luggage, I'll bring back some wood for you.

That's sweet. But don't end up in environmental prison. We'd be forced to bust you out. I'll be Buddy, JB will be Darling, Teenie is Bats, and PP is Baby.

man, I like to think I could drive like Baby but the fact that I still have points on my license proves I'm not. That was such a good movie (Baby Driver in case anyone hasn't seen it).
