Good morning everybody!

I'm in the office today, so I better get my butt in gear.

We said goodbye to our trainer last night. It's always mixed feelings because I don't want them to leave but I want what is best for them and their families and generally that is not being a full time trainer.

I also cooked the 3/12 pounds of tenderloin and ate 1/8 of it, so I will be set for meals until Marilyn gets back.

it sounds like everyone is ready for our cruise, some are coming from the West Coast and doing the pre-trip to Prague, so they are actually leaving on Monday. I need to go to Barnes and Noble and pick up a few books for the flight, but generally I am in good shape.

QOTD: we flew to Seattle and drove back to Chicago over about a week and a half.

Breakfast: Fritatta

Dinner: steak

I am trying to picture that large of a tenderloin. Did you cook it in the oven?

Seared 2 1/2 minutes on each side and then put the whole pan into the oven for 15 minutes at 400. But it's 4 pieces.

I know you liked the Reacher type books, have you read any of the Orphan X books by Greg hurwitz? Very good vacation reads

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I hope you have a wonderful time in North Carolina. Any OH meet ups planned along the way? It's Thursday yinz guys. I am not at all excited. My work husband is off the next 2 days so that makes double duty for me. Also, it is Swifty weekend here in the Burgh so getting home from work tomorrow is pretty much up in the air. I do know some back ways, but it adds about 20 minutes to the drive. At least I can see the parkway from the office and determine if I need to do an alternative route. My dear friend that moved to Florida a couple years ago is coming in to see the show. I am hoping she will be able to stop by the house and meet the Rudster and have brunch on Sunday morning. Just depends on how here weekend is going.
