Poor thing. Is s/he embarrassed?
When Luna got attacked and needed to be shaved I honestly felt she was embarrassed with her park friends. So we bought her a couple of tshirts to cover the shaved parts until they grew out. She had a reputation to uphold, you know?

One of my groomers was always trying to get me to agree to a lion cut on my long-haired cat. I have seen shaved down cats and dogs who are embarrassed by how they look. I think the lion cut is cute on some cats but would never do that to mine.

He acts the same, so I don't think he is phased, but he is quite dim. However, we put sweater on him because it's cold and to hide the botched job! I have to remember to get a pic to share friday.

I remember the first haircut my goldendoodle got. He went in all fluffy and cute (although terribly matted) and came out looking almost bald and scrawny. If not for his personality I would have thought they were giving me the wrong dog.
