my father grew up on Austin (on the west side of Chicago, for those who don't know). When he was in high school, his parents bought a farm out in Wheaton, back when Wheaton was still pretty rural. They had farm animals, too. I never could figure that out..

Ron won't let Rudy out on the leash because he is afraid of Coyotes. I stick him out there when Ron is not home. He loves being outside and I like getting a little break from him being under my feet. I was stuck in a geese jam the other day. I hate to tell Ron there are not enough Coyotes in our area based on the number of geese around.

That is very true! Here I can tell how healthy our local fox population based on the rabbits is see! We're currently low on rabbits (which I support).

I was tripped on my run one morning when I was running before sunrise. I scared it up and it ran in front of me, and I went down. Just glad it was not a skunk we have those in the neighborhood too.

not sure about this, but he might be a bit large for coyotes. Around here they usually go for cats or really small dogs (like dachshunds - I remember a couple of years ago someone had their dachshund tied up in their yard (by "tied up" I mean on a long leash-y thing connected to a spike or whatever that was in the ground). They walked outside just in time to see a coyote walk off with the dog. Awful story!! But the coyotes might try to attack Rudy, though (although again, not sure..)

Happy Hump Day!!! Work has been busier than usual. Our corporate office just laid off 30 people and consolidated work out to some of the plants personnel. So much fun.

I have fallen so far off the wagon eating wise I think the wagon is really just dragging me along. I know what I have to do, but I just for the life of me can't get motivated to do it. I have signed up for a few Herbology classes to learn more about herbal remedies and medicine.

QOTD: Yes I raise livestock. We currently have pigs, meat and egg laying chickens, and horses. The meat chickens go to freezer camp in a few weeks and most of the piglets will be sold. We are keeping a couple for ourselves.

B: 2 eggs with bacon and a half of bagel

L: Not sure we have a meeting at work and they are ordering out. Looking to get a salad of some sort.

D: I have chicken thighs, but I should probably not eat if I'm being honest with myself.

Have a nice day everyone.

Do you wear briefs, boxers, or boxer briefs? How about printed ones? All of critters that get processed for consumption go to freezer camp. We actually have to purchase a bigger freezer since there will be more campers this year. :)
