Can you house train a ferret or do they just do their business where ever? My only experience with ferrets comes from the movie Along Came Polly.

They can be litter box trained. They are very smart.

could you just have the fruit instead of a smoothie? That would be the same carbs, but more filling?

I will attempt that today. The fullness shouldn't be a problem because I feel like all of these items are an addition to my regular diet. And I know I'm supposed to look only at the macros but holy moly a smoothie is between 350-450 cals, that's a whole meal! Anyway, I'm going with the flow and my commitment is for 6 weeks, we shall see if anything changes.

Consider chips instead of fruit for the extra carbs.

Do actually consider potatoes though. If you aren't cooking them in oil, or slathering them with butter or sour cream, they are low calorie and high carb. 6 ounces of a russet are 168 calories, and 36 carbs, 4 protein, no fat. Air fried, 6 ounces ends up weighing not much more than a protein bar.

That's a great idea for the air fried potatoes.

When you said "chips" I thought of bagged chips and I was already shaking my head because they want us to eat unprocessed food. I look at my protein bars with longing and love but can't have them for 6 weeks.

Oh, I meant bagged chips. Even though I know it's wrong.

You are so diligent with you work outs and your menu is always on point. I do not understand how the scale does not reflect all of your hard work.
