Def no processed food, so the majority of carbs are coming from fruit and veggies.

QJB-Have you been to see a provider about your knee? What about using compression (like a neoprene support or ace wrap) to support your knee and maybe help a bit with the swelling? At times like these it sucks we can't take NSAIDS but perhaps a provider would be willing to prescribe some prednisone for the anti-inflammatory effect. It sounds like the game was good since it was tied in the 9th but bummer about the rain.

In office day today with only one meeting. No other big plans except still need to help DD with her big psychology project. Funnily, she asked to hang out with her friend yesterday after school when I was home, then when I was gone to workout, she was home. Next, I came home, and she left to go with her friend, didn't get home until 9pm hung out with her friend some more. By that time, I was ready for bed and sleep but somehow it was me not wanting to help her or available to help her! Hello? We you not home or available either?? Kids!!

QOTD: Nope on wither. I played softball for a short time in elementary school. I was put in the outfield, so that tells you about my softball skills since young kids are placed in the outfield when they suck balls at the game. It was boring.

QJB!

Pro tip. Get the MRI scheduled now. It can take weeks to get an appointment and you can always cancel later if you take another route. This way it?s on your calendar and you won?t be chasing after a good appointment time come August. Feel better soon.

Good morning. This Tuesday the 13th is my amazing daughter's birthday. 39. My how time does fly.

We are in Paso Roland will celebrate Kati all day with wine tastings, shopping at all the cute shops and fun food.

Yesterday's walk with Sheila was both an excellent workout for me, gorgeous scenery and a great time with a great friend. The five miles flew by. I made good food choices all day, but enjoyed wine with my dinner. Then Roger and I took a couple mile stroll around the town. I ended my day hitting all my move goals and at about 17K steps. Today should be another great day and I will look for opportunities to get movement in.

QoTD. No. Not a chance.

Bites that I know of today

B: meatball and cottage cheese

L We'll be at Justin Winery which also has the best cheeseburgers ever. So I will have a summer salad and couple bites of Roger's burger. And the wine tasting. Which I will sip at but not really drink. Not a huge fan of wine and sunshine.

D no idea. So many options in this town and we also restocked at the market yesterday.

Peace Everybody!

Tell Roger I said it's OK to guard his burger. Best cheeseburger ever? Nope. You'd need to get your own.
