Good Sunday morning, what's on your menu?

Thanks - it's not actually the teaching part that really does me in--it's the set up and break down. I need to take about 10 trips to and from the car - up and down a set of stairs, then set up each person's station, etc. It's just impossible to do any of it sitting down or even on crutches :(

Can Grim help you? You could do the set up - he can make the up and down the stairs trips.
Hugs I hope your knee gets better.

When I was growing up all the old ladies in the neighborhood had carts that they took to the grocery store. I bought one that has wheels designed for climbing stairs. It makes it so much easier than carrying things in my hands. This is what I have but there are different varieties.

Kinesiology tape for added support might also help.

My ferritin and iron can drop quickly and my hemotologist has me test monthly. Last month I was extremely tired so not surprised when my ferritin had dropped to its lowest in two years. I had two iron infusions and did blood work again on Friday. The results were posted this morning. After the two infusions I feel strong and full of energy again.

Good morning! Yesterday was quite the travel day down the 101 in the rig. Lots of twisty turns and steep curves. It was stress inducing for sure. On a fun note, we unexpectedly passed by the winery from Bottleshock and I was able to nab a picture of it for Jim. Small world. We went to the Peanuts Museum and it's adorable. Definitely for adults. Couple of fun photos coming Friday. We also had a wonderful dinner at a local place. Farm to table, concentrates on women owned wineries (interestingly almost no Napa wines on the menu because they don't meet their mission) farmers, producers, etc. it was right in the middle of a sort of run down suburban community. House, house, apartment building, restaurant, house...excellent and allowed me to make really great food choices. The Spinster Sisters.
QoTD: Today we are off to meet up with Sheila in Aptos! We have touristy things and a beach walk today, and then her forest hike tomorrow. Very excited. Then on to Paso Robles for a couple days of wine tasting and fun meals, down to the Solvang area and then a short trip back up to hang out with Amy! She and I are going to walk and the husbands are going to golf I think. I might make Amy show me a good yoga workout on her fancy machine.
Today's stuff
i did a good yoga short stretch and used my resistance bands for a short bit so far today. Working on more movement!

That food picture looks like it would taste terrible. I do like a green olive though.
High school graduation for DS was great. It was nice having family here to visit also. Everyone went home today. DD has another week of school before summer break. Hard to believe that next year she will be graduating from HS. Today I made my salads for the week, went to visit while family had breakfast before they left town, and a glorious massage.
QOTD: just work, my workouts and really nothing else is planned for the week.
