Does a hamburger count as ham? These are the questions that keep me up at night.
QOTD: I joined in 2013, just about a year after surgery. I was pretty active on MyFitnessPal's surgery boards, when Laura from Texas lured me over to OH. It was a lot busier, and a lot busier then than now. I dove in as soon as I got here. I took a break from about the beginning of the pandemi****il early this year. And one thing is clear -- I manage my weight much better when I'm here, posting every day, than when I'm not. Kids, stay in school.
