Look up Hybrid Calisthenics; Hampton is a trainer I used to follow when I was on Twitter just because I loved his positivity; I actually did use some of his progression while/after I had my shoulder PT. His focus is simple, body weight exercises and have a progression through those. He posts a workout of the day that is usually 1 or 2 moves that you can do at whatever intensity level you are at. For example, his "pushup" gives you options from wall push up through advanced one arm pushups.

Yep! Took over an hour and I don't have any equipment suitable to getting a truck unstuck. He didn't call it in...he called a neighbor of mine who drove his tractor up the road. It took over an hour.
Guess some rural homes they have contact numbers to call people to meet for package pickup. The FedEx folks often show up in a modified pickup truck. They've learned!

I spray my class top with oven cleaner and leave overnight. I wipe in the morning. It comes out good as new. I also use oven cleaner to clean my iron if I burn something on it. I love the Easy-off.

I have never thought about using oven cleaner to clean an iron. Great idea!

I don't even consider Amazon a habit. I just order things I need and do it almost every day. When you consider the value of your time, the cost of gas, and simple convenience, Amazon becomes the sensible choice.
Glad you are feeling better and getting things done that are most important. The rest will wait. I don't go to a doctor with something like a summer cold unless I still feel bad after about a week.
