My feelings exactly.
During memorial sale we were at REI and he was trying to get me a bigger backpack (for our future trips). Just for practice the REI guy put about 30 lbs in my pack. I kid you not, I walked maybe 10-12 steps, turned around and said nope. If you want me to go camping you gotta carry the majority of stuff. I have done 15-20 lbs and that's the max I'm willing to carry.

15-20 is a lot!! I whine with that much for free weights and I'm not climbing, hiking, etc

I'm curious as to whether he's proud of the amount he's carrying or the amount of gear he's able to squeeze in for that much weight. He must have the tent, sleeping pad, stove, food, and water/purification gear for it to be that much! I have a friend who hiked the AT and liked to tell stories about people on the trail shedding items along the way as they weathered in. Love, love some REI!

QJB-I am sorry you are feeling worse and not better. It sounds like school is demanding despite not feeling well. I don't blame you for not planning out your meals. When you don't feel well you want comfort foods.
Yesterday went well. Carpets are cleaned, I was able to clean the baseboards and wood in the bathroom, workout, get my hair did, plus water plants. It was productive. Today is an office day with a couple of meetings scheduled, the usual paperwork, and a workout at the yoga studio.
QOTD: Probaby the 80's when I was in high school. Shoulder pads galore!
Accountability: DD had a homework assignment to make a instructional video. She made no-bake cookies. I nibbled a sample. Although not a full cookie more like a corner. They turned out delicious. Otherwise, on track.
Different day, same meals

I love how your accountability is the corner of a cookie and I can come on here with...I tried to eat the kitchen but it didn't fit. :)
