Good morning! Happy Saturday everyone!
Did anyone else watch the Mars Express Livestream yesterday? We live in amazing times, truly.
QOTD - probably the same way I do now except my "work" time would be for passion projects vs making a living.
I have a friend in town from MA this weekend so a bunch of us are meeting around noon to catch up, plus I have an oil change for my car first thing this morning and work status calls in the am and pm so will be a busy day. Just because of scheduling I'm moving my workout until I get home from everything this afternoon so we'll see if I have the discipline to do it, lol.
Have a fantastic day everyone!

That is a busy Saturday. I think you do quite well at making a living and also doing lots of other things. You could probably transform to a life of living off investments and doing anything you are passionate about. But I think you have an amazing life/work balance.

Good morning ~ It's funny - when I can sleep in on a Saturday that I'm up at 4:30. If it weren't for coffee, I'd be very salty. Today we are walking the dogs at the park, taking one pup to be groomed, golfing 9, nap? and Rob is making chicken enchiladas that I will make into little low carb weighed/measured mini casseroles for me. It's movie night - we seem to end up watching the old favorites on repeat. I need find something new.
Accountability - we ordered in sushi last night, I had assorted sashimi - it was fab!
B- coffee
l- leftover sashimi
d - low carb enchilada casserole
s - jerky
activities - walk and golf
623 cal 78g protein
Have a great Saturday!

Good morning! Heading back out onto the road in just a short bit. We are going to be dry camping for the next three days so we need to be extra diligent with prep. (The first time I typed prep it autocorrected to Oreos. A sign?)
I made excellent meal choices yesterday, but then I ate a Reese's peanut butter cup. And I've done no real exercise in days. I'm thinking home coming is going to be a rude awakening for me because class is gonna hurt!
QoTD. Roger would spend his time buying and wearing a new pair of socks every day. I would spend mine gathering with family and friends and seeing more of the world.
bites today might be
B. Leftover cooked ground beef and cottage cheese
L. Leftover pork chop and fontina cheese
D. Bbq meat tray that's just heat and eat I found at the store. Maybe go all caveman and just serve it from the metal tray it comes in and save me from washing plates. Dry camping means paying constant attention to fresh and used water levels.
Peace Everybody!

A Reeses Cup is always an excellent meal choice. It's only a bad choice if you ruin it with vegetables.
I've never heard of the sock thing. I admit to trying a variety, but only because I find it difficult to find a size that fits.
I am, however, fond of good gloves, though I buy too many pair of bad ones in my search for perfection.

Nothing is better than a fresh Reese's Cup. But the stale ones with the grayish chocolate and crumbly peanut butter are awful. I think it's best to buy them around the holidays. Or squeeze them like melons to see if the peanut butter is still soft.
