What's on your (PHOTO) Friday?
Buc-ees felt to me the same way I felt at my first breakfast buffet on a cruise ship when I somehow got between a huge man with a towering plate and fresh hot waffles being placed on the service counter behind me. I saw my life flash before my eyes. I don't think I've been back to a buffet since.

Your flowers are beautiful and the slide photo is so fun!
you just restarted working out so your muscles will add some water while they are in this recovery-re-engage phase. It's normal (and it's frustrating as hell). You are good at hydration so I bet you see a few days of this and then trend down.

Plussing up Jen's response. That always happened to me when things got serious in the gym. You'll get there once your body gets used to the new routines again! You've got this! And I've never seen roses like that! Beautiful.
