qotd - hmm, I don't really have a preference, I like to drive though so probably a slight lean toward the flying car. A friend's son had a job as a driver of the autonomous vehicles for a bit (for some reason so many of those were tested in Phoenix, I'm guessing because it's a true straight grid system streetwise). He was paid to sit in the car and be ready to take over if it chose badly which sounds both boring and then possibly far too high degrees of excitement). I think even if the cars still did most of the driving, you wouldn't be able to nap or read unless we got to a point where all cars were autonomous and linked because humans add too many variables. Maybe one skynet takes over.

busy work Friday and over the weekend too but some fun stuff to squeeze in. I think the next free weekend I have between work project and fun times is July 29th! Good problem to have.

So, you can change the color scheme anytime? Incredible I love it!

Yes, it's a phone app. I can set up timers and have it change - in my back, I set it up to have brighter colors in the early evening but then change to a dim security parttern about 10 pm. I'm going to have so much fun at the holidays, starting with 4th of July!

That looks great. I'd like to see the schemes you have for different occasions.

I know of few people on the rd who do read, relying completely on their frigging car. It scares the crap out of me.
