Mornin' All!
I had to reschedule lunch with a friend that was supposed to be today to next week because we have a driveway contractor coming over around lunch time (we're in the process of getting estimates). It's just as well because I went out to dinner with another friend last night, and some friends of mine from NC are coming tomorrow and will be here until Sunday, so there likely will be a lot more restaurant eating over the next couple of days. UGH!! (not ugh for the food - but just trying to navigate all this so I don't gain weight!). I'm going to go to water aerobics in an hour because it's going to be too damn hot to do any other type of exercise today and this weekend (90F/32C and humid - yuck!).
QOTD: my laptop. Hopefully by then they'll have wireless available for cemetery residents (although I'll be cremated, so it'll be even trickier for them to rig something up for me). My cats' ashes will be with me, too (or as many as will fit in my urn. The rest will have to be with DH, even though he thinks that is bizarre. But too bad...)
B: skyr with vanilla bean paste mixed in and half a fresh mango, diced. Coffee with half & half

L: leftover chickpea/chicken/tomato/bell pepper curry dish (from one of my Christopher Kimball cookbooks)

Good Morning on this Friday-Eve and new month! Although, I'm sure with the 5th being Monday I'll have some work this weekend. Glad you were able to enjoy a nice evening, we all need those nights sometimes. We have been having unseasonably decent weather with highs in the 80's and I'm enjoying them while they last before we start the 100+ days
QOTD: One thing would be the teddy bear I sleep with that Em bought be about 6/7 years ago when she was at camp and another would be my wedding ring.

QOTD: perfume :) no one around to smell it but me :)
well i broke down and got a new blender which is exciting. it came yesterday and it has smoothie settings, and ice cream settings also- i made premier protein chocolate peanut butter and strawberry ice cream yesterday. it seemed pretty easy but im going to try doing more next time.
