What's on your Wednesday Menu?
It was when I registered for the conference, it was one of the questions while signing up. Perhaps you can call the OH to get your name on the list.

Ah, must have missed that. I sent them a message. Thanks for the feedback! I figure it can't hurt to get evaluated, at the least.

Hi! Yes, it's still dropping. Not as fast as in April but it's going down. My goals had been more "strong" and "healthy" versus a number, so it had been my intention to enter maintenance after I got the InBody scan results in March. Unfortunately, that was less than a week before all of the issues started and then the weight fell off. 140 in my ticker was meant to be my stretch goal to provide a buffer for regain, so I'm beyond that.
I'd done a good job protecting my muscle mass up until then - was pretty happy with the baseline of mass from the scan- but I can easily tell that these last couple of months have cost me a lot of muscle.
I'm with you on needing the lifting, even starting back at the beginning. And thanks! I'm going to attempt to work from home for a bit so they don't have to watch me react to things all day. :)

Hi gang. It's turning warm here, and it's been dry for a while. Lawns are going dormant, though it's very early. There have been wildfires already, which is very early. They are much, much smaller than out west, but still.
I started a new ham today, and this one is not presliced. The cat is not happy at all. He got little cubes instead of slices, and he is extremely put out. I think he might be spoiled.
QOTD: I don't recollect a career goal when I was young. I thought a lot more about things I wanted to do, and not about what job I wanted.

My cats are a bit spoiled too. We tried to get a new treat and they were not big fans and let it be known. Percy left me a gif on my bed that day.
was the new ham good though? We've been thinking of getting one.
Mel
It was ok. Very ham like.

I broke up the pieces for him and he wolfed them! He's frankly just too lazy to chew big pieces, haha.
You'd make a good cat.
