You are a good person, Chrissy.

You said you were headed to Montana. That is my home state where I grew up. Where will you be going? The Lewis and Clark Caverns are fabulous (near Butte).

Years ago, someone gave my daughter a tee shirt from Butte. She thought it was the funniest thing ever, and wore it until it disintegrated. She has my sense of humor.

Good morning everybody!
Marilyn is taking our computer to the Apple Store, so only a few more days of phone postings.
I think that I am going to withdraw from the meet June 3rd. I still haven't returned to full strength since I was sick in April, return to office is wearing me out, and I am sore from my butt injury.
Tonight, for the first time ever, Happy Hour will take place after a day in the office. It seems like a sign of the apocalypse.
QOTD: I use arithmetic and simple algebra at work and personal finance.
breakfast: pizza
lunch: steak
dinner: chicken
Have a great day, all!

No throat punches needed this week so far! I call that a win.
My mom had her surgery last night. The start time was pushed back due to an emergency case, so she didn't get into surgery until around 5:30 last evening with recovery around 9pm last night. Sounds like the surgery went well with the pins and screws looking like they will hold as there was some concern due to osteoporosis and weak bones. I will be calling in for an update on her condition soon.
QOTD: Really not much math except for the obvious uses. Back in the day before smart IV pumps I used it to calculate drip rate (flow rate) of highly sensitive IV medications in the ICU.
Accountability: 2 extra pc sf chocolate otherwise good
Same meals
E: leg weight workout plus 60 min hot yoga

I cloud have sworn I posted this about half hr ago...but I guess I got distracted.
G'morning all!
Another foggy cold day on the coast. Yesterday at the store I saw this lady with parka, beanie and Ugg boots. I get it that it's cold but jeez louis not that cold. Yesterday around 7:00 pm when I finally took Luna for a walk I had a sweatshirt on but had to put the hood up because of the wind, again people at the park with winter coats and gloves. I know it's low 50s but people act like we are in North Pole.
You ladies on this thread might laugh at this story. I have been complaining to DH about my weight being stagnant no matter what I do. I have also been telling him I'm just complaining I don't need a solution from you. But he can't help it, he is a solution oriented guy. Last week he suggested adding 15 minutes of jump rope, that didn't go well. So he did what he does best, he researched and he read. Supposedly even fidgeting adds to your calorie burn, so yesterday he presented me with an under the desk pedal/elliptical thingy. This way while I'm working or crocheting my legs can still keep moving. I couldn't help but laugh, he can't just let it go. I will report back if this new ghizmo does what it's supposed to do.
QOTD: I work with excel a lot, once I figure out the formula I need, I love that excel does the work for me. Sometimes I have to Google the math I need but at least I can find the answer, I can't imagine what I would have done before google.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Costco eggwich
- Protein pudding, jerky, hb eggs
- Cottage cheese icecream with protein powder (this was 40 gr protein), prosciutto and mozzarella mini rolls
- E: cardo+weight
Happy hump day!

A lot of the people I work with use that pedal thing under the desk and say it really helps. My desk has shelves underneath so there is no place to put one. When I redo my office, I plan to have a desk that has room underneath for one of the pedal thingys. I think you will be happy with it.
