What's on your Wednesday Menu?
If you are managing symptoms without HRT - I wouldn't start on them. Every year I try to see if I can at least lower the estrogen even more, and it's not go. I get so miserable... and *****y. Plus my blood work show "0 - zero, or close to 0" levels. The estrogen patch and the testosterones cream help me function.

Between not drinking and the recent weight loss, it's not as bad as it was 8 months ago but I felt much better on the meds. I think I will pause and see what happens.

I have thrown two throat punches and one person even deserved it.
Umm... Someone didn't think the name, Procreate, through for the creating app. That name sounds better suited for the Catholic Church.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Glad to hear you had a swell day yesterday. I can't say mine was great or productive. I had a conversation with my boss via email that got wonky, and it pissed me off. I also didn't get out to buy ingrediencies for my cookies, so I had to go after work. I had no time to start baking. I have to cut my brother hair after work and get home and start those cookies. Tomorrow night we have a baseball game we are going to. It is the Wild Things Vs Florence Y'alls. It is the Frontier League. They have all the fun activities and give away gifts and prizes between each inning. I hope I get picked to compete in a challenge. Then Friday is Food trucks and Horse racing at the local casino and Saturday, Sunday and Monday we have been invited to parties. Then Tuesday I am going to hunker down and get back on track with diet and exercise. I am not motivated, and I need to do better.
QOTD: Daily with doing sale and figuring out margins and how much I get paid since I work straight commission. But if i did not have a calculator I would be screwed.

Good morning. We are at a quick stopover in Sioux City and heading out soon. Another uneventful day. I was good with food and I have gotten in 25 minutes of yoga this morning. If I could just make myself take a walk this evening I'd be in great shape to hit my goals. I'm so weirded out with this day light from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm. My inner clock is a mess.
P.S. no disrespect for any current or prior Iowans, but dammit that's a long, flat, boring state to cross!
I've thrown no neck punches this week, but look like I've received a few. Big bug bites all up and down the right side of my neck. Was so grateful I found an anti itch stick in the first aid kit a friend made up for our rig. She's my new hero.
QoTD. As previously discussed, I suck at most math. Due to my career I'm pretty good at percentages, so that serves me well with tipping and clothes shopping sales. Though I did overtip like crazy in KC because I was too busy enjoying the conversation to pay attention. I'm sure our server loved us.
foods today
B. Egg, bacon, crispy cheese
L. Probably the Las of the left over chicken
D. Still have the shrimp to make up, or some with hamburger. I shall consider these options as we blast down the road towards Mt. Rushmore (still two days out)
