The First radio station was KDKA out of Pittsburgh and still broadcast on AM. All the talk radio is on there and the Sunday morning Polka Power hour. How could I live without my AM. I guess I got lucky that is the only thing that I can say is good about my Ford Edge is it has AM..

I grew up listening to Chet and Marylou! They were from my hometown.

I had a car with no radio to save money. I had a little transister radio that I hung in the front on the dashboard so I had music when I drove. I only did that once, after that I always made sure a car had a radio.

I think cars can't run without a radio or sound system of some kind. I am not very mechanical, clearly

When I saw Guardians 3 a couple of days ago, my friend noted the scene where they were all walking in slow motion, I think to the Beastie Boys, if I recall. We decided we needed a cool slo-mo walking song.

I know my walk on song (***** by Meredith Brooks although I am very fond of her song Pollyanne as well) but I will have to give my slow motion song some thought.

I remember due to theft, guys walking around with their car radio/tape like a clutch. It was our way to see who amongst the guys had a car. Thinking back it was a funny look, walking up and down the main corso with your radio/tape in your hand.
