What's on your Sunday menu?
We need to rewatch the first five minutes of the very first episode, when they were chasing someone through the snow.
I think they were in the woods for 19 months? That should mean they spent two winters there . . .

Good morning Mel and weekend menuers!
Mel, that's amazing news, and in record time based on the original estimates! Congratulations on getting your space back! And on having a piece go international. That's great!
Today is cooking and cleaning. Had an interesting incident where a great Pyrenees dog followed me home by galloping alongside my car for two miles. Wouldn't eat or drink anything and then just...galloped away over the horizon. That dog was very neglected and I wi**** had stayed for me to help.
Menu today- it's seafood day thanks to sales at Walmart! Shrimp ****tail, seared tuna steaks, lobster tails, imitation crab quiche or crab salad, veggies and such to accompany. Lobster does depend on thawing and it's something I've never attempted before. Wish me luck!
Have a good one.

Good morning ~ That does sounds like great news! After much mind f***ery about calories and carbs, I am staying the course of what I know. I had added extra calories Friday, but not yesterday. I'm willing to wait it out instead of trying different things that will only make me crazy. Thank you for the sanity talk, Grim. Good new, I'm down a pound today. That makes 2 in the last 3 weeks. I will take whatever I can get.
Today we are walking the dogs at the park, laundry, kiddo is coming over, grocery shopping, smoked tri tip for dinner and watching Jeopardy Masters.
QOTD - Happy that I don't have any meetings or trainings this week, but I do have dr appt tomorrow in the middle of the day so I will go in the office but work from home after. It's my last week to get the month wrapped up and I have a lot to do still. I start training my replacement the following week so the next few months will be crazy.
B- coffee, eggs
l - ham and cheese
d- tri tip
E-walking, stretch yoga for my neck it's killing me
Have a great day!

I'm glad you worked through what you needed. Doing what seems right and what you can stick with will have the best impact! And yay for seeing a little positive reinforcement on the scale. It's all progress!
