I frequently reconsider my choice during the massage, lol

Ooh, wish I had the guts to try that! I've always been pressure sensitive and would worry about it being a waste of time and money. The outcomes sound great, though!

I retract my comment to enjoy the massage, I just assumed it was the relaxing kind! Wishful thinking, maybe?

Wow that is great how you figured out how to keep your color that long. Enjoy that cookie.

I shiver just thinking about cold water on my head! I can't do it even to preserve my hair color. You're a stronger gal mentally (and perhaps physically) than me to endure the cold water. I even brush my teeth with warmish water.

Enjoy your massage! I love my monthly massages. I just had one on Sunday. I am always amazed at the tense and sore muscles despite all the yoga and stretching I do.

Good morning all. JB is baking already. She's a little nuts. But it won't be a full day, since we're going to see The Wizard of Oz in the theater. I haven't seen it on the silver screen since it first came out.

QOTD: I shampoo every day. Every time I shower, everything gets washed. And shampooed. I use the same thing to wash everything, head to toe. I used to use the same bar of soap, washing head to foot. The shampoo was a concession, to avoid hearing about how soap was bad for your hair. I still think shampoo is nothing but one part soap, three parts water, and four parts marketing. And the remainder of the body washes, rinses, conditioners etc are just hooey, hokum, and balderdash.

Food for today is ham, ham, and popcorn.

Grim, you are remarkably spry if you saw Wizard of Oz when it was originally released, lol!
