What's on your Wednesday Menu?
That is a lot of yard work.
Thanks for the recipe. Going to give it a try.

Yep! That's why my upper five acres is utterly neglected at the moment. Doesn't include even weeding, planting, or anything else.
Hope you like the soup!

ugh, that sounds so....unpleasant. I would be off egg bites for a while, even if they weren't the culprit. Be sure to take breaks and wrap/brace your knee. I hope the day goes well and you don't put yourself down for the count tomorrow!
QOTD - I have a stupid amount of hair that grows extremely fast, like if I don't get it shaved/undercut and thinned regularly, I can wrap the "thick hair" rubber band maybe twice but with all the thinning/shaving, I can get three times. It's ridiculous. Although when I lost my hair after WLS, it got me to a "normal" amount of hair and I was very grateful for how much I started with. I rinse my hair every day but my goal is to shampoo/condition it once a week and only in cold water and I mean no ho****er turned on cold. I also do a deep conditioning treatment once a month. I've always done a cold water rinse at the end to keep it shiny but cold water preserves colored hair longer so it's all cold all the time for me and that makes my bright colors last about 12 weeks. My hairdresser says it's unusual for the bright colors to grow out so much before they fade. It's the mutant in me.
Busy Wednesday for me but I finish with a massage tonight, not sure if today will be a rest day for exercise or not. I know I can't get it in before work but maybe at lunch time...or maybe just tomorrow, lol.
menu today

scrambled egg and cheese
pita with tzatziki and tirokafteri spread (this is the new one from TJs and it's so good!)

Deep tissue, the kind you have to breathe through. I don't have anything against a relaxing massage and will do those occasionally but my regular massage is not quite as pleasant in the moment.

Deep tissue all the way for me also. I do cupping on occasion when I feel really tense since it helps relax the muscles before they start to apply the deeper pressure. I did do a Thai massage once where they walk on you that was also awesome. They were able to go really deep with the feet, but it felt way different then when they apply the elbow or forearm during the deep tissue massage. I want to get a Thai massage again. I also want to try the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage.

Deep tissue is brutal but effective. I can't do it, I'm a baby!
