Grim I'm on your team. There may be a top sheet on the bed, but we DO NOT sleep under it more like on top of it. It is only on there because well it is part of "making" the bed. In the Summer we use a very light comforter and in the Winter we add a weighted blanket to the comforter.

Top sheets try and trap you in so the monster under the bed can sneak up from bottom of the bed and suck you down with them. Nope not happening.

maybe the issue is tucking the top sheet in? I never do that - I just tuck it in at the foot end of the mattress. I can't deal with it if it's tucked in at the sides. I feel like I'm in a strait jacket.

Never tucked in. It wouldn't last two minutes that way. She's a kicker.

Good morning ~ Wow your whole leg looks painful! Please take it easy while doing all the things today. Cute kitties

Yesterday FLEW by. I felt so accomplished and was able to take care of a ton of things for the audit. Today should be a few more bits and pieces, but I think it's handled. Half day, yay! I'm looking forward to a really fun and relaxing weekend. Next week is packed full of trainings, meetings, reports and my follow up with Doc.

QOTD - 100% Team top sheet. I need the cool sheet, even in the winter but especially in summer. i'd be washing the blankets to death otherwise. Doesn't seem right, haha.

Accountability - great - super slow going on the scale. I must have the most efficient body on the planet to thrive on roughly 700 calories a day. I've always felt cheated in that department.

B- coffee w/failife, protein bar

l - chicken breast

d -eggs and turkey sausage

e - yoga or treadmill after work - haven't decided

Have a great day!

Probably for the best. We grew up treating wild raccoons like pets. Including feeding and petting them. Retrospectively, probably safer to have a stuffed one!
