Every time I see Japanese people sleeping on their futons, it makes my back protest in empathy. Is it better for your back? The older I get, the more I enjoy the comforts of a good bed.

Lovehe photos. So cute.

Except your leg. Looks panful. I had a torn ligament on my knee and my leg was swollen like yours. But I had to use a leg brace plus a crutch. A full length brace with metal frame and the knee banding mechanism. 3 months later I could use a shorter knee brace, still with metal supports. ouch. The metal supports were to prevent twisting the leg side ways. I would wear it on top of my clothes, even to bed.

QOTD: Team top sheet. Always since moving to Canada. In Poland we had bottom sheet and duvet covers. You wash both of those all the time. Now at home I use only the top sheet to sleep under. I don't tolerate tucked in top sheet. I have to be able ti get my feet to breathe. In winter, when I overheated horrible, but my knees hated even a smidge of cool, I used pajama pants and a waffle type cotton blanket for my body from waist to feet. Just long sleeve cotton shirt as my top. Keith often had 2 -3 blankets on top of his top sheet. Cats sleep with us so we wash the bed blanket at least 1 x a month. More if it get "Dewey-ed" - Dewey has chronic sinus infection - blockages.. and when he starts sneezing... it to clean his sinuses... so we wash the blankets as soon as that happens.

Lately his sinuses are doing good, so once a month is good enough. But we refresh the blanket at least every other week (steam sanitize in the dryer)

Even now we still have flannel sheets on. I hope we switch to cotton soon.. but I wont pu**** as long as I can have 68-69F temp for the night. .. I'm getting new AC unit in the fist level of the hose. the one we have its not very efficient and it's old, so if we get 100F -80F (day -night) days - the house only get down to toasty 75 and I just can't live like that.. (I put: - "I'm getting" because Keith is OK with the unit we have... but he allows me to put the new in ...lol)

Menu:

Liquids: coffee, tea, water..

LL: cheese, apple

dinner: roast beef, pickles

LNSL Caesar salad + chicken
