I would have to bring Keith as a surrogate stomach. I can't drink- I no longer drink alcohol, but I would love to be there... for the experience. I'm a great no alcohol- love company.... if I time it properly...I ca take some steroids and be more fun than if I drink.

Good morning ~ Happy to hear your pain is better today and I'm loving the bell idea! I had a successful day at work yesterday making a huge dent on my TO DO list, food and exercise was great as well. Back on miralax now and I'm sloshing around with tons of fluids, peeing like crazy and still waking up with what feel like dehydration headaches that I feel on and off all day. Not sure what that is about except my body is changing. I cleaned up the very dirty/dusty treadmill last night and got on for a bit while I searched for a new hiking series to schedule. This morning I slept through my workout alarm so I will do that tonight instead - it seems to work better for me right now. Sleep is very precious.
QOTD - Right now, Thriller for sure. It used to be self help and cookbooks.
Accountability - great, the scale finally moved!
