Unexpected puppies are always fun. Good socialization for the Rudy. Hopefully he's not dragging you around. Fella is sturdy!

Good morning from Springfield! We arrived yesterday afternoon and perused all the things to do and promptly extended our stay by a day. Tried a Yelp highly rated restaurant last night that was all tapas. Had great bites and even brought home leftovers. Today is all things Lincoln including his museum and Tomb (thanks Trish for the recommendation!) should get in lots of steps today.
Jim did not disappoint with the fancy bar play by play. What a great memory he has and that day will be.
QoTD. I read everything, including cereal boxes, pasta bags and canned veggies. So I can?t pick.
Today?s foods look like
B. Having now so I?m fueled for the day. One egg. One bacon some cheddar and home made guacamole
L. In town. I?ll do the best I can
D. Chicken, potatoes and a little salad. This was supposed to be last night?s dinner so it has to happen today.
Peace Everybody.

My childhood was spent reading cereal boxes. I hope they haven't changed.

What a wonderful visit! It's an inspiration to know that you can survive extended trips in enclosed spaces with another person. My record with my partner was two weeks. And family...so much harder!

Good morning all and Happy Wednesday,
Winnie the Pooh was a diabetic. He needed that huney when his levels dropped.
I'm on the way to follow up with the surgeon from my wrist surgery last week. I haven't been able to use my cane in the correct hand, leading to increased constant pain in my hip, knee and back.
Basically, I'm a mess physically. I fell Sunday but didn't hurt myself seriously. I also hit the corner of the fridge door directly on the back of my ankle and broke skin. Cheese and crackers, that smarts.
QOTD - I normally don't keep books. I usually pass them on once I finish. The exception are books for recovery.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Chicken Skewers.
D: prime rib, rosemary potatoes.
S: light string cheese.
Be good to yourself.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
