I had a fall this morning. One of em broke the toilet seat almost all the way and when I sat down it broke all the way. I tried and tried to get my footing but fell into the cabinet above the toilet and then down into the bowl of it.
These people are gonna be the death of us.

Good morning Jen and Menuers,
You got me with the orange Tulips. They are beautiful. I am so excited it is Friday. I came to work a half hour later than usual. That is one way to make the day go fast. I walked the dog and we kinda lost track of time. It has been a while since we saw sunshine, so we soaked it in.
The weekend entails Mom duty and Party. I have not had guest since the pandemic, so this is very exciting to me. We used to have guest for every football game. Hoping my brother wins his election so he can stop working crazy hours and we can get back to our Sunday routine. We used to have Sunday dinner every week. We would get caught up on goings on and then wish everyone a great week ahead. I so miss the Sunday gatherings. I don't feel right doing it without him. He works every Sunday till 8PM. Too late for me to have guest and be ready for work Monday morning.
QOTD: Most likely a quantity issue using way too much or too little. I know my Pumpkin cheesecake calls for 1 cup of sugar but in the directions, it splits it. 1/4 cup for the crust and 3/4 cup for the cheesecake part and a few times I used a full cup in the cheesecake.
Accountability: I ate handfuls of dry blueberry Cheerios.

D: TBD. We may go out. I need to go grab a few things from Sam's so I might pick up a heat and eat something there or go out.
Exercise: Dog walking
Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
