Happy Tuesday, What's on your menu, everyone?

Good morning everyone and yay, it's Tuesday!!
I have a randomly super busy Tuesday with tons of meetings all morning, plus they have my retainer in so I need to go to my rescheduled dentist appt, someone is coming to give me a quote to do permanent lighting on my house and I have my trainer this afternoon. The day will go by in a blur!
QOTD - do have a bad habit you'd like to change? I was always a nail biter and used it as my reason to never start smoking; since I couldn't stop biting my nails, I knew I'd never be able to kick nicotine, lol. I did finally stop biting my nails in my 40s but I pick at my cuticles and I need to stop that. I'm constantly having to put on bandaids and it looks awful.
Today's exercise is just my trainer this afternoon and a few things around the house I want to do.
Menu today
coffee plus half and half X2
pb English muffin
chicken green chili
cheese and proscuitto
Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!

Good morning!
Yep, that sounds like a super busy day. I hope it goes well for you. You're juggling a lot of things.
QOTD- I pull out my eyelashes habitually. It always feels like there's something in my eye. Yes, I still have eyelashes, just probably not as many as I could. Weird habit, I know. Never did bite my nails, fortunately.
I'm about to head out the door for my CT this morning. Just have to feed the monsters. We've been playing some form of ball for the last half hour. No one told me the rules but it seems to involve the younger one running around me in circles with the ball while old boy runs interference as the Fun Police. Good times. And easy for me since I can just sit on the floor.
The rest of the day I've got a few errands to try and run. Will see how I feel after the CT. I'm going to attempt to return to work tomorrow. Haven't decided if that's an office or home day, yet.
Menu TBD, fasting at the moment. Will take a protein shake with me and see about that on the way home.
Happiest of Tuesdays to you! Someone eat taco innards for me!

It sounds like your medical team and leave provider must be working well with you; I know so many people that have taken med leave and had to fight with the leave admin and/or their medical team to stay out or be released back to work! Although sometimes I think it's less fighting and more paperwork complexities.

I think they are! The challenge will end up being whether or not this scan produces results that require action. I'm on leave through my PCP for the neuropathy, officially. This would be a different doctor, so I'm sure that's where paperwork complexities come in. Happy to work through it. They've been good so far!

Thank you! Think I'm still new enough with this type of medical procedure that they all feel a bit traumatic. Yay for it being over!

Thanks, Hala! I should know in a couple of days. They made me sip oral contrast for an hour with an IV port in my arm while in the waiting room. Definitely a good time!

Hello From CookieCon! We made it!
Yesterday's drive was mostly uneventful but we did decide to pull off and head over to Rochester NY where my mom grew up so I could take some pictures for her. I even got some lovely shots of the chapel where they were married, which I can add to the slideshow for their 50th. I also found the Bank (which is now part of the University) where my grandfather laid the marble tile. It was beautiful! With that stop and a lot of rain, the trip ended up taking 14 hours from door to door and I got in right in time for my meet up. It was so fun to meet some of my cookie peeps :)
Today's plan is to take it slow in the morning and head over to the Amish county to see some Amish furniture and tools, then we have tickets tonight to see a AA game - The Akron Rubber Ducks :) Tomorrow is when the real conference begins.
QOTD: No, I am practically perfect in every way.
LOL J/K I need to stop looking at my phone in the night.
I think menu panning will be way too hard this week, so I will report back on what I had the day before. Yesterday I had:
2 Protein Coffees; 2 Balanced Breaks; 2 scrambled eggs; 1 sausage patty; 1/3 cheeseburger
