Good morning all and Happy Monday,
***Totally forgot... Thank you everyone for your thoughts and well wishes throughout this whole process. I couldn't have done it sanely without all of you!***
I had a decent weekend, considering.
Preparations today. Same day alterations seem like the most overwhelming task ahead of me today. I'm resigned to using an old suit jacket and dress shirt. I've already spent hours trying to find dress clothes that fit. Since losing weight, my neck size shank two sizes. However, my lower stomach circumference has not. I got new measurements but no one has my new sizes in stock. I know whatever I end up wearing will be fine.
QOTD - I'm looking forward to resume life, as I knew it before the last few months.
Food wise, I have to be on point today. I have so real deal, Jewish motherly guilt eating ahead.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: PP shake.
D: prime rib, onions, mushrooms, garlic meet (meat) skillet.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

The in-between sizes are the most difficult to fit. And belly size is the last to go down, for some reason.
Sorry again about your dad. I hope you get some peace soon.
