What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

G'morning all!

Awww, QJB, you flatter me. I am so happy the little kitties like the big kitty and accepted her in the family. Not surprised about your 4.0, great job. Have a great time at cookie-con and share all the pics you can.

As I mentioned yesterday DH will be out of town this weekend, and when Kelly hinted at girls weekend at my house, I called up a couple of friends to see if we could schedule anything. I'm good all by myself, I think with age I have become more an introvert, but I figured I can have some company part of the weekend. So a coffee date was planned with the boys' moms group and maybe a hike.

QOTD: keep in mind we didn't have all the shows you guys had here, or if we had them they would arrive at least 5-7 years later than they were originally broadcast here in US. I remember getting up early on Sundays for "American cartoons" hr. Felix the cat was my favorite. We also had an Italian version of your muppet show called Topo Gigio, about a mouse and his adventures. His voice is still in my head.

Last week I shared my train track wogs. This week are the pics of the forest where I jog twice a week. This is my happy zen place.

My meals yesterday:

• Coffee
• Scrambled eggs w/cheese
• Protein pudding, jello,
• Jerkies (the plan was not to have jerkies for dinner but I ate them all afternoon and they became dinner)
• E: cardio + weight

He used to be here on one of the old talk shows my grandparents watched -- at least I'm thinking it's the same one.

I didn't know.
This is the Topo Gigio I remember, especially that laughter.

He was on the Ed Sullivan Show (before my time, of course) but I've seen a million clips! He was very popular in the U.S.!

I had NEVER heard Topo Gigio speaking Engli****'s almost weird.
