Thanks. I got that in audio. I tried to listen to it but...I need to be in a better "head space" for IT.

I'm into Scifi - fantasy lately and I'm in a middle of at least 4-5 series. some are heavy, other , like the one I'm into now - is so funny that I laugh out load when listening to it. "Expeditionary force" by Craig Alanson about a bunch of humans in an universe, full of aliens. The humans are being helped by a VERY advanced AI "beer can" called "Skippy" ...

Does watching murder shows before bed contribute to your dreamscape in any way? I had to back off to sunshine and rainbows before bed these days.

When I was in my 20's and 30's, the news, Dateline and 20/20 would give me disturbing dreams. I could only watch happy/fluff before bed. Now I can watch anything and sleep like a baby. Hitler and other war history show are also bedtime shows for us. My only nightmares are about work these days.

Heck of a flip when work fills the part of nightmare! I was the opposite...used to have no problems with violence and gore. Guess I'm just getting older!

Good Morning in this Friday-Eve! My allergies seem to have settled down a little bit. I'm in the midst of a few projects at work but honestly hoping for a "chill" day.

QOTD: I do not, John has his so if there's an emergency or anything we have one. I do sleep with my watch on since I use it for the alarm but it goes to DND/sleep mode about 1/2 an hour before I head to bed.

TSS: 8 years 7 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: Protein puffs, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: I haven't decided yet

ES: Cottage cheese

E: Treadmill

V/W: On track

JB seems like things are chugging right along for you. I hope you enjoy the slow day you have. We all know you do not get many of those.

It is nice to be back posting. Work was a **** show yesterday and all I did was stomp out fires. I hope today is not a repeat of yesterday. No plans this evening so I may be able to get to bed early. Hoping to catch up on some sleep. I been tired the last 2 days.

QOTD: I do because I use it as my alarm but very rarely pick it up unless some of my west coast friends forget I am 3 hours ahead of them.

Accountability: I had a bite size Reese's, KitKat, and Bueno.

TSS: 5 years 4 month 16 days 160.8 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF coffee mate Twix creamer

MS: L&F Tiramisu Greek yogurt. and watermelon/cantaloupe

CB: Coffee with SF coffee mate Twix creamer

L: Fish tacos and salami wrapped around fresh mozzarella

D: Crockpot chicken with maple bacon glaze.

Exercise: Dog walking

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
