What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I have issues with my right shoulder now. ugh.
app 20 years ago I injured a rotator calf and just about when I thought I needed surgery (after a year of injections, PT, etc.)
But then someone referred me to - actually insisted on trying this young acupuncture lady. I was very reluctant... but after just one visit - I scheduled more and more. That was app 20 years back. She saved my shoulder. after a year with treatment from her, I had no residue pain, no limits on motion, nothing that could indicate I had a problem (when I saw her first time - I couldn't use my right hand to operate the mouse. I had to learn to use the left hand).
I did something to may right arm again, and she is working on it. My pain and mobility is 80% better. And I know it would take time to get the rest 20%. I used arm brace (to restrict some movements to stop aggravation the shoulder), now I use K-tape to help with the motions.

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,
Today marks my teetotalling tubular anniversary. I'm celebrating by currently sitting at the dentist's office.
QJB - I'm super excited for you and your potentially successful business. It sounds like a great idea with amazing potential.
QOTD- On the career path, I am trying to get multiple things going. I've had to readjust priorities over the last few months and these have been relegated to the back burner. My big goal is to reopen the promotion agency that my father started in 1982. It's overwhelming and I'd like to get present day experience in the industry. He specialized in FSI ads originally(Sunday newspaper coupons) and refocused to online sweepstakes when the Internet came of age. I'm also trying to develop side hustles that can become full time income. Primarily, I'm currently setting myself up for reselling / retail arbitrage. I have slowly been making progress on my workshop. I'm currently working on streamlining the fulfillment process. I've also made a few runs at professional gambling so that's always a possibility.
Accountability: no veggies for days & a tamale. I should throw away this avocado salsa cause I want to use it on everything.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Rotisserie Chicken.
D: Dinner out. Don't know with who it where but I feel like I should do something to celebrate. (Family dinner planned for Thursday.)

Thanks so much. The process of getting sober gave me confidence and motivation to tackle my weight. Grateful.
